Tom Streff is a real estate broker and co-founder of the Physician Real Estate Network (PREN), specializing in physician real estate, doctor relocation, and physician home loan programs. Based in Chicago and Charleston, South Carolina, Tom co-leads PREN National alongside Jennifer Riley, RN, REALTOR®, helping physicians and healthcare professionals buy and sell homes across the country with clarity, confidence, and expert guidance.
A lifelong Chicago resident, Tom brings a deep understanding of the city’s neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs—knowledge he now extends to the Charleston and Lowcountry region of South Carolina. His professional background includes a Master’s in Business Administration and prior service in law enforcement, where he learned the value of precision, trust, and community relationships—all qualities that define his real estate practice today.
Together with Jennifer Riley, Tom leads PREN as a national resource connecting physicians with vetted real estate agents and trusted lenders who specialize in the unique financial needs of medical professionals. While Jennifer manages PREN Colorado and national outreach, Tom oversees operations and client service in Chicago, Charleston, and the broader Southeast region, ensuring consistency, communication, and high-level expertise across every client interaction.
Tom continues to actively represent buyers and sellers locally while guiding physicians, residents, and medical executives nationwide through the relocation and home-buying process. His clients value his integrity, proactive communication, and commitment to making complex transactions smooth and stress-free.
