Jennifer Riley is a nationally recognized real estate broker and co-founder of the Physician Real Estate Network (PREN), specializing in physician real estate, doctor home loans, and medical professional relocation. Based in Colorado, Jennifer co-leads PREN National alongside Tom Streff, MBA, REALTOR®, helping physicians buy and sell homes across the Denver Metro area and throughout the United States.
A former registered nurse turned top-producing REALTOR®, Jennifer combines over a decade of real estate experience with firsthand understanding of the medical profession. She and her husband Sean, an internal medicine physician, discovered the physician loan program in 2011—a financial tool that could have changed their early career transitions. That discovery inspired her to pursue real estate in 2014 with one clear mission: to educate and empower other medical professionals navigating homeownership.
Today, Jennifer continues to actively represent buyers and sellers throughout Denver, Parker, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, and surrounding Colorado communities, while also guiding physicians nationwide through PREN’s trusted referral network.
Together, Jennifer and Tom lead PREN as a national resource connecting physicians with vetted real estate agents and lenders who understand the unique financial and lifestyle challenges of medical professionals. While Jennifer manages PREN Colorado and oversees national operations, Tom represents PREN clients in Chicago and Charleston, North Carolina, expanding the network’s reach and continuity across regions.
As a Doctor Relocation Specialist (DRS) and national physician real estate advisor, Jennifer provides flexible, knowledgeable, and personalized service for busy medical professionals—from residents purchasing their first home to physicians relocating or investing. Her goal is simple: to make every transaction seamless, educational, and rewarding.
